Stars

I love stars. I always have, and I think I always will. They are my favorite part of nature. 

They mean so much more than just a light in the night to me. To me, they show how vast our God is and just how big the universe he created is. In a game we played a lot my freshman year, I got asked a couple times what my favorite part of nature. I said stars because of those same reasons, but they also make me feel so small.

As an extrovert, I need to feel small. I need to feel like there is so much more to the world than just me and my problems. Tonight, we sat around and watched the stars. It reminded that no matter how busy things are, God is still sovereign and still there.
